Founder & Managing Director
Behind the vision and growing reputation of R&U Property Limited is Rufai Ewenyi — a visionary real estate developer, construction expert, and entrepreneur whose journey reflects resilience, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in Nigeria's real estate and construction industry.
Born and raised in Okene, Kogi State, Rufai began his journey at St. Andrew Primary School (1991–1996), then continued at Okene Secondary School (1997–2003), before advancing to Federal Polytechnic Auchi, where he obtained an HND in Estate Management — equipping him with expertise in property management, land administration, valuation, investment analysis, and project development.
Today, he stands as the Founder and Managing Director of R&U Property Limited, a company recognized for delivering quality real estate development, modern construction solutions, and trusted property services across Abuja, the North Central region, Lokoja, and Kogi State.
Beyond business, Rufai remains deeply committed to continuous learning and professional advancement, currently pursuing a Master's degree at the National Open University of Nigeria. His story is one of vision, persistence, and transformational impact — from humble beginnings in Okene to building a trusted brand in Abuja and beyond.
